Embion builds today the next generation in plant processing technology to meet the planet’s growing demand in nutrition, materials and energy. Our aim is to become the technology leader for producing natural, sustainable, low emissions products from underutilized plant side streams across all industries, starting with nutrition, where our team develops, produces and markets the next generation of prebiotic ingredients for humans and animals.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to work closely with the executive team of Embion, coordinate internal and external communication and grow the public’s awareness and perception of Embion in this emerging market of prebiotic food and feed ingredients.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the brand custodian, both externally and internally; ensure communication to employees, customers, prospects and partners is well maintained and aligned with the company’s vision
  • Define, implement and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns to attract and convert prospects
  • Research content and opportunitiesand launch associated awareness/lead generation initiatives
  • Integrate market, partners and customer input with communication strategy
  • Continually find ways to improve on marketing metrics and KPIs through testing new initiatives and gaining insights from affiliates
  • Update, maintain and expand web and social content
  • Develop effective CRM and retention programs
  • Provide constructive feedback to the product team
  • Represent Embion in events around the world as necessary
  • Ability and flexibility to travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field. MBA or other relevant Graduate or Postgraduate Degree is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on and strategic experience. Background working in a Startup environment and familiarity with Lean Startup concept is a plus
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
  • English fluency and other languages are a plus.
  • Core commercial skillset (strategy and tactics) and understanding of market.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, ability to analyse data and report findings
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, project/event management and organisation skills
  • Enthusiasm and energy about contributing to Embion’s mission
